2023 Lauren Langfield, Sauvignon Blanc
This year's Sauvignon Blanc is Lauren's finest yet, boasting depth and intensity of flavors. Inspired by Pouilly-Fumé, it offers a rich, layered profile with aromas of beeswax, jasmine, grapefruit, and brioche. The cool nights and steep north-facing slopes of the Adelaide Hills contribute to its exceptional flavor. Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques for eight months, with some batonnage during malolactic conversion, resulting in a wine of precision and pleasure.

Lauren Langfield
After studying Viticulture and oenology in New Zealand, Lauren has spent over 17 years working in some of the best organic and biodynamic vineyards and wineries in Australasia. Her focus to learn alongside the best winemakers and viticulturists has taken me to many wine regions, but it was South Australia where she established her eponymous label in 2020. Taking great care to produce fine wines with purity of fruit, vineyard site, regionality and seasonal expression. Lauren employs minimal intervention winemaking techniques balanced by modern scientific knowledge.
