At Jennie Wine Shop, we’re committed to delivering products you’ll love. Our Returns Policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and offers additional benefits because your satisfaction is important to us.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been accepted and dispatched. Please choose carefully and feel free to get in touch if you'd like recommendations—we’re always happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your purchase is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or otherwise breaches a consumer guarantee, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us at hello@jenniewinebar.com.au with proof of purchase and ensure at least ¾ of the bottle remains so we can assess the issue.

Delivery Charges
If we’re at fault—such as an incorrect or faulty item, or damage during transit—we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other situations, including change of mind, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
