2023 Giuseppe Quintarelli 'Bianco Secco'
The 2023 Bianco Secco is a masterful blend of Garganega, Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Saorin, capturing the essence of Veneto’s finest terroirs. It bursts with floral notes at its heart, accented by a spicy kick of pine resin and ground ginger, all framed by a strong mineral backbone and a touch of ripe nectarine. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed immediately before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regular batonnage to enhance texture. The wine then matures in barrels, rounding out its complexity.
