Latta Vino
Eastern Peake began as a modest project by Dianne Pym and Norman Latta, who purchased land in Coghills Creek, Western Victoria, in the late 1970s. They built a mud brick home, aimed for self-sufficiency, and started growing vegetables and raising livestock. Inspired by Dianne's love for wine, they planted their first Pinot Noir cuttings in 1983. With guidance from winemaker Trevor Mast, they eventually ventured into winemaking themselves, establishing a successful vineyard and winery focused on sustainable practices.
