Maison Bonnard
The history of Maison Bonnard began in 1988 when brothers Roland and Frédéric started with one hectare of vines amidst their parents' polyculture farm. Today, the estate spans 16 hectares, managed by the new generation: Romain, Anne-Sophie, and Jean-Christophe. Nestled in the small village of Crept, in Bugey, between Savoie, Jura, and the Rhone Valley, the vineyard's steep slopes host various grape varieties. Embracing biodynamics, they cultivate vines on diverse soils, ensuring authenticity. Their winemaking respects nature, resulting in pure, characterful wines with minimal sulfur added. Describing their wines: healthy, magnetic, and balanced.
