Camille Saves
The Savès family has resided in the heart of Bouzy since 1894, as evidenced by existing records. Eugene Savès, an agricultural engineer, founded the house upon marrying Anaïs Jolicoeur, daughter of a local wine producer. Recognizing the importance of wine production, he passionately delved into the endeavor. Louis, Camille, and Hervé succeeded him, preserving the family's values. Today, Hervé, Nathalie, and their son Arthur cultivate about ten hectares of vineyards, predominantly in Grand Cru territory, honoring their heritage with a deep commitment to quality winemaking.
