2024 Patrick Sullivan, 'Woori Yallock' Chardonnay

$88.00

This vibrant Chardonnay delivers bold flavour and flinty minerality, enhanced by a touch of spicy French oak. Notes of nectarine, nougat, and fennel add depth to the palate, while the volcanic soils provide a structured, mineral-driven backbone. Offering a hint of decadence at an exceptional value, this wine has plenty to admire.

Patrick Sullivan

Patrick, who grew up in various rural regions of Victoria, experienced a nomadic childhood. His earliest encounter with wine likely occurred while exploring the Cambrian hills on his family's former farm north of central Victoria. Now an adult, he and his wife Megan reside and produce wine on their own farm in the Strzelecki Ranges, Gippsland, Australia. Their wines are inspired by emotion, moments in time, and a strong sense of place.
