2024 Werkstatt, Riesling
The nose is bold and expressive, featuring apricot and grapefruit notes that evolve into subtle hints of slate, lemon curd, and fresh grass. As the wine opens, delicate white floral aromas emerge. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, with crisp chalky acidity and a touch of residual sugar for balance. At its core, expect flavours of nectarine and young ginger, with a hint of green apple adding brightness. The finish is long and elegant.
