Camille Cayran
The Cave de Cairanne began in 1929 when seven wine growers in the southern Rhône Valley united to bottle their own wines. Cairanne was recently elevated to Cru status, largely thanks to Camille Cayran's contributions. Over 93 years, this co-operative has expanded to 65 growers and earned recognition for their organic, minimalist wines. Led by winemaker Denis Crespo, they produce high-quality wines using chemical-free farming and minimal additives, making them accessible and affordable for everyday enjoyment.
